Frequently asked
Which payment methods do you accept?+
For now, crypto only: stablecoins such as USDT on the networks listed on your payment page. Card payments will come later. The payment covers the membership fee only.
How do I get Premium in the app?+
Apply with the e-mail you use (or will use) in the NUUK app and pay from your private payment page. After we verify the transaction, Premium opens for that e-mail and we let you know by e-mail, usually within 24 hours.
Why do you ask how much I plan to fund?+
So we can suggest a broker and account type that fits. You always fund a broker account in your own name; NUUK never accepts or holds investment money.
Does Premium renew automatically?+
No. Crypto payments do not renew by themselves. We e-mail you before the month ends; if you do not pay again, the account returns to the free features.
Is the WhatsApp group really free?+
Yes. Fill in the form, choose the free plan and the group link opens. You can leave the group at any time.
