Subscription terms

These terms apply to NUUK Premium membership bought from NUUK Quant (Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates) on nuukquant.com. They add to the website terms of use and the risk disclosure. The free WhatsApp group is not covered by these terms. Last updated 6 October 2026.

Application. Premium starts with the application form on nuukquant.com/membership (full name, phone, e-mail and the amount you plan to fund). After you apply, a private payment page opens and the same details are e-mailed to you.

Fee and payment method. Premium costs 99 US dollars a month. For now payments are accepted in crypto only, by sending a US-dollar stablecoin such as USDT or USDC to one of the networks and addresses shown on your payment page. Network fees are paid by the sender. Transfers on the wrong network, to the wrong address or for the wrong amount may not be recoverable, and NUUK is not liable for such losses. NUUK never asks for payment to any address other than those on your payment page.

Membership fee only. This payment is the membership fee only. NUUK does not accept, hold or manage investment money; you always fund a broker account opened in your own name. The funding amount you enter in the form is used only to suggest a suitable account set-up.

Activation. After you report the transaction hash (TxID) on your payment page we verify the transfer on-chain, usually within 24 hours. Premium then opens on the NUUK app account that uses the e-mail address you applied with, and we send a confirmation by e-mail. Sign in to the app with that address.

Term and renewal. Each payment covers one month of Premium from the confirmation date. Crypto payments do not renew automatically: we send a reminder before the period ends, and if no new payment arrives the account returns to the free features.

Refunds. Payments for a verified period, including part months, are not refunded unless the applicable law requires it. For crypto refunds, network fees and exchange-rate differences may be passed on to the recipient.

Price changes. We may change the membership price. A new price is announced by e-mail at least 30 days before your next period starts.

What the membership includes. Access to app features: markets, calendar and news, academy, real-time Desk signals and analysis, price alerts and automatic copying to demo MT5 or paper accounts. Signals and analysis are general market commentary, not personal investment advice. In-app auto-copy is for demo and paper accounts; real-account copying is done only through our licensed partner broker under its own agreements.
